We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues. We provided you with full support and also installed the theme on your hosting account. Moreover, we tested the installation of our theme on another account within the same hosting provider and the installation completed without any problems at all. We are not responsible for a corrupted WordPress installation configuration or for account settings that do not allow the theme to be used properly. We have provided all the evidence showing that our theme works perfectly on the Hostinger hosting environment. Under these conditions, we are unable to offer a refund. Thank you for understanding.

My project has now been delayed for many days, and every additional day is affecting my work. While I understand that you were able to install and test the theme successfully on your side, my website is still not functioning as expected.
At this point, I would like to request one final attempt to resolve the issue. If you are willing to assist, please first create a full backup of my current website so that my existing content, articles, pages, and links remain safe. After that, please perform a fresh installation and configuration of the theme on my website.
Once completed, I would appreciate it if you could provide a short video showing:
The theme installed and working correctly
The website frontend functioning properly
Successful access to the WordPress admin dashboard
The demo/theme features working as expected
If the theme can be made fully functional on my website, I will be happy to continue using it and proceed with my project.
However, if the issue still cannot be resolved after this final attempt, I kindly ask that my refund request be reconsidered, as I have already spent a significant amount of time trying to make the theme work and my project has been on hold for too long.
