How am I supposed to edit a page that isn't located under pages? Single service shows up in the appearance---->menus, but it's not under pages in WP. All pages in a WP theme should be under the pages tab, and all pages should be in the appearance---->menus so you can edit the pages and also add any pages within the them in the menus.

Thank you for your question.
To edit services pages, please click WP Dashboard => Services => All services.
Select and open necessary service, then modify content inside:

Publish changes and check results at front-end.
The services have post-type structure like blog posts, that's why you can't edit them like simple pages.
