Thank you for this nice question.

It is possible to apply specific CSS code for a certain page using a specific ID of this page.

For example, if you add this code in WP Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS:

.page_header_wrapper {
    display: none;
}

the menu will disappear on all pages.

If you add this code in Additional CSS:

.page_breadcrumbs {
    display: none;
}

the breadcrumbs area will disappear too.

If you want to hide both these areas only for news page, please install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25/

Then you will discover, that news page has the following id: page-id-7461

Now we can modify the previous code and hide menu + breadcrumbs only for news page using it's ID:

.page-id-7461 .page_header_wrapper {
    display: none;
}
.page-id-7461 .page_breadcrumbs {
    display: none;
}

Then save changes and check results at front-end.

The menu+ breadcrumbs will disappear only for news page.
