Still obfuscating, they installed plugins without asking, and have not resolved the issue relating to their template having core compatibility issues both with current WordPress and Woo Commerce. Keeping it updated here since they don't seem to want to share this information.
For whatever arbitrary difference is makes, the solution that I have been provided with after purchasing a product from this company that contains plugins that ARE NOT COMPATBILE WITH CURRENT WORDPRESS, is as such
"We are not the developers of Unyson and Woo Commerce plugins, so we can't do anything with them."
They will use them and sell products utilizing them, but have no work around for a broken product they are STILL SELLING.
My opinion has 0 bearing on how unprofessional this is.

That doesn't mean that the TwentyTwentyOne theme is noncompatible with WordPress.
