Our theme supports Elementor page builder, but please do not use it with the pages, which were created in Unyson page builder.
Mixing several page builders on the same page may lead to unexpected issues.
The best way to use Elementor with our theme - is to use it for new pages.
Also, specify with the screenshots what the exact error do you have?
