I am using the Flicker theme purchased through Envato. I loaded the demo content on it and created a new event. I added a URL in the "Link for Buy Tickets button" field on the event page. The "Buy Tickets" button shows up for the event on the homepage, but it just links to the single event page, instead of the Buy Tickets link I added. There is no "Buy Tickets" button on the single event page, so the link to buy tickets is nowhere. How do I get the Buy Tickets button on the homepage to link appropriately to the web address I enter in the field?
Nevermind...I found the code causing the problem it's in the file directory: /framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/events/views/item-regular.php Line 45- Change the link to <?php echo esc_html( $buy_tickets_link ); ?>... in case it's a problem in the future :).
