    how can I change text button into German language.

    Hello, Dear Lutz!

    To change Read More , please open in code editor file loop-item.php which locates in 

    /wp-content/themes/dotdigital/framework-customizations/extensions/services/views/ 

    and go approximately to the line # 32. 

    You may change here 'Read more' text yo your custom. Do not forget save changes in file.
