In order to perform your request - it is necessary to modify a significant part of code in Unyson Extension plugin. We do not perform any changes in plugin and extensions.

I don't want the events widget displaying in the events page, just the calendar with current/previous/next events.

To hide this Events element, open page Eventos in Unyson Page Builder and hide appropriate element: http://prntscr.com/l6mf09
Then update page and check result at front-end.
