It is very easy to change. Click WP Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and insert here this code:

.cs.two_color {    
    background: linear-gradient(-90deg, #FFC107 50%, #FF9800 50%);
}

Then click "Publish" button and you will view the following changes: http://nimb.ws/4GyDXN

Just replace colors # FFC107 and # FF9800 on yours own.

If you want to change color for any element in theme - inspect it in browser's debugger and then insert appropriate css rule in additional cs.
