If you want to change color for any element in theme - inspect it in browser's debugger and then insert appropriate CSS rule in Additional CSS. Besides you may change background, color and overlay color of sections in Unyson Page Builder.
Hi, I've found the class names in the browser's debugger and applied the additional CSS, my question is that this method isn't working for testimonials colour, as per the screenshot.
It is the correct class name according to the debugger, but it's still not working. Are you able to advise as to what the issue is?

Scroll down to the section with testimonials and click it's settings: http://nimb.ws/NDdMtO
You will view the options for this section: http://nimb.ws/DPAO0Q
Scroll down and you will view current overlay color for it: http://nimb.ws/TEknsl
Change color options: http://nimb.ws/ZMmIQc and save all changes. Then check the result at front end: http://nimb.ws/dDtFig
