Sure, it is possible to turn on autoplay for slider. Please click WP Dashboard => Appearance => Widgets => Widgets Before Header (Full Width) => HM: Main Slider and select "Autoplay" option then save settings: http://nimb.ws/7Luw1B
Check your front end - reload your main page in a browser and the slides will move form one slide to next automatically.
