Hi, 

Wonder if you can support with several issues and edits required to the above website using your Mr Handyman theme. I have tried to follow the instructions in the documentation however can you clarify how to:

1. Change the main slider image and text (as screen grab attached) - I'll be adding two.

2. On upload of media I occasionally experience an error (as screen grab attached), can you explain issue?

3. How to increase the size of the main logo (top left).

4. How to add a cut out image in the background in the 'Why Us' section (screen grab attached of existing, and ideal as your example).

5. How to reduce the size of the footer logo. I've tried manually resizing the image in Photoshop but all sizes display this scale (again as screen grab attached).

Following on from the supply queries below, I've now solved number 1 (completed through blog posts). However is it possible to add a white scroll down icon/graphic on the bottom left as the .psd and visuals for the theme on Themeforest etc?

Hello.  Further to my update below, I've now resolved some issues. However the following points still need assistance:

Thanks Andrey, will await answers for you when possible. However I have some more queries I need support with in relation to the theme:

1. Is it possible to retain carousel slider function in main banner widget, but remove the click through function? So these become more poster statements and not links to pages (as screen grab attached).

2. On the contact details box and the top of the page, I need the email link to open up an email - not take me to a 404 page (as screen grab attached).

3. As above, same required for email address in footer, treatment to be the same but link to be: mailto:[email protected] 

Can you advise how to solve the above.

Is there an update/timescale to these issues as requests and correspondence with Andrey below?

As these are over a few messages I thought it best to summarise below:

1. Any way we can increase the size of the header logo - roughly by 30% (as shown in image attached)I
2. Turn off the click through on the slider images - so these become posters and not links
3. If at all possible, to remove menu
4. How to create tables similar to the Photoshop file and image attached
5. How to add second quote mark and navigational arrows (forward/back) to testimonial slider as Photoshop file and image attached.
6. How to add an image (Gas mark register) in the footer as image attached.

If you can advise instructions so I can complete the site. Any questions let me know.

Thanks for the reply and action on the ticket requests these are great. There are a couple outstanding (which I now you said were in progress), with a few spread over this ticket and another. So again in attempt to make it easier I've collated these below:

1. The 'scroll down' graphic on the three main sliders has now disappeared - it was there until a day ago. I've attached a screen grab of this and one from the psd visual file.
2. Thanks for removing the menu - can we also remove the login icon on the far right of the menu bar (screen grab attached).
3. Is it possible to remove the dates from the blog table? Client just wants this to be a service table. Either that or replace with red text 'find out more'.
4. Testimonial section is still missing second quote mark on right, and left/right navigation for slider (not the 1234 links) 
5. The email in the footer still links to 404 page - this is just to be a mailto:[email protected] link

Appreciate all the support on your theme, and that some of this may be in progress. Please advise if you need any clarification or this to be on another ticket etc.

Thank you for the update and progress, I appreciate the service and will be sure to leave positive feedback at the end of the project. I know you say the changes are still in progress so I'll hold off further.

Unfortunately the 'scroll down' down graphic (referred to in number 1) is still not visible on Safari (I've reset my cache) - but it is visible on Chrome?!

Additionally the login graphic is still there in the menu bar, both issues demonstrated on the attached screen grab.

Thanks for the reply and update, this service is excellent and I'll be sure to leave that feedback after the project. Looking forward to the changes being completed. There is however one more series of changes I wonder if you can assist with:

One the main slider (x3) carousel, the title text on each image still hyperlinks to their associated pages, is it possible to turn this link off? The client has no additional information for their separate pages but wants the 3 main image carousel to remain. Is that possible?

Final message! Thank you to you and your team for resolving the testimonial carousel query as my posts below (adding the second quote mark and left/right sliders) - this is great. Unfortunately there is a slight glitch. I can see the bottom repeat of the quote marks as lines, shown in the attached screen grab. (This displays on both Safari and Chrome).

Is it possible to solve this glitch and remove these lines? If you can let me know and I'll then complete this project and leave the positive feedback due for your assistance.
